While all of these scenarios have a different end-goal in mind, they all have one thing in common...they all require a high tolerance for pain.

Lifting weights requires a tolerance for physical pain...

Building skills requires a tolerance for mental pain...

Finding a new social circle requires a tolerance for social pain.

Tolerance for pain is a requirement to reach any goal you're after...avoid it at your own peril.
