One of the biggest challenges that all humans face in life is overcoming the urge to quit. Some people overcome this urge better than others. But nobody is invincible to the thoughts of self-doubt. How do we push through those moments when we want to stop? How do we work through those thoughts and feelings of self-doubt and disbelief?
While these questions aren’t easily answered, we can start to make progress in small, effective ways by choosing to work on it every single day.
