In case you haven’t noticed, it’s October. That means it’s the beginning of the final quarter of 2024 and also the time when most people will start to coast through the rest of the year. This is when people start to get lazy about their workouts, loose with their diets, and overall take it easy in their effort.
But you don’t have to fall into this same cycle. You can keep your momentum going and finish off the year strong. That way, you won’t have to “get back in the routine” in January, which is what everyone else will be doing.
