There's an old saying that goes "make things as simple as possible, but no simpler".
Most people can benefit immensely from the first part of that line because humans have tendency to make things more complex than they are.
For instance, nutrition is very simple...eat whole foods, drink only water or plain coffee/tea, eliminate snacks...but people want to make it complex by adding names and labels to diets that, ironically, all revolve around these same, basic principles.
However, on the other side, you can make things too simple...
Like anything else in life, with simplicity there is a point of diminishing returns.
For instance, if you're trying to simplify the sales system in a business and end up eliminating an important step like following up on leads, then you've simplified too much...that follow up is where the magic happens.
ACTION:
Humans will always tend to make things more complex than they are...you included. Make it simple.
But not so simple that you reduce its effectiveness...find the sweet spot of efficiency and maximal results.
Until next time, here's to your 1% growth every day...

P.S. I've built something that will massively help simplify your life. I can't tell you about it yet, but I'll be announcing it by the end of the month. Keep your eyes peeled 👀
