We all have something we're avoiding...
It could be something small, like putting up the dishes or taking out the trash...
Or something big, like having a hard conversation with a loved one or having a hard conversation with yourself.
No matter how big or small the thing is, avoiding it is having an impact on all the other parts of your life...it's taking away from your enjoyment or your focus or your ability to be full present because of the energy it's draining from you.
Avoiding what needs to be done doesn't make it less true that it needs to be done...it just takes away from your ability to bring your best to the rest of your life.
ACTION:
If you have a thing that you don't want to do because it's scary or intimidating or even just plain boring, as Brian Tracy would say, eat that frog first thing in the morning. Attack those things you like least during the time of day when your abilities are at their most.
