One thing I learned from working with thousands of people over the last 15+ years is that most people think they have a knowledge issue, when, in fact, they have an application issue...

In other words, they think they don't know what to do, when, the truth is, they aren't applying what they know.

The correlation between the two, how quickly and effectively you apply what you know, is your rate of learning.

When you want to lose weight and start to change your diet to something healthier, you're applying what you know...your rate of learning is high.

When you want to grow your business and you tell yourself that you can't figure it out, even though you haven't done anything different, you're not putting anything into practice...your rate of learning is low.

The quicker you can close the gap between knowledge and application, the better...it means you're not married to old ideas and that you're determined to figure out what works.

ACTION:

Quit telling yourself that you don't know what to do...

If you know that you need to do something different, and you can list at least 3 different paths than the one you're on, then you have an idea of what to do.

Choose a path and go with it.
